Refund option of balance amount is available only for those wristbands which have a remaining balance of AED 50 or more and has been done at all times using credit cards. Please retain your credit card charge slip as proof of payment if you’d like to request for a refund.
Refund requests for balance amounts on wristband which was charged using a credit card can be sent by email email@example.com after the event, please note that the amount will be refunded only to the credit card used to top up the balance.
In the refund email request, please clearly mention your wristband number and credit card details that were used for the top up (credit card number, card holder’s name and expiry date). This may take up to 7 - 14 days subject to bank processing time for the refund. No refunds will be made for top ups done using cash payments.
All refund claims shall be made by March 26, 2019, after which no claims will be entertained. All funds left unspent after the event will be voided.
