What is a pink screen and how do we prevent getting a pink screen when doing a transaction on tappit device?

Our pink screen comes up when the wristband or card is not being tapped and held to our device correctly. These problems most commonly happen when the operator attempts to slide, swipe or scan the wristband or card. Please always tap and hold the wristband or card closely to the device as instructed on the screen.
